Matured in bourbon barrels with a subtle inclusion of first fill Oloroso Sherry casks add to the profile of this dram. Deep gold in colour, the nose is fragrant with herbs, nutmeg, fig and black pepper; the palate is complex with vanilla and fruit countered by anise and cinnamon followed by a long finish of honey and spice.
